If you find out what they are passionate about, the conversation will go naturally and easily. This is the easiest way to build a connection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You want to show them that you\u2019re interested while at the same time deciding whether they&#8217;re worth your interest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A great question will make them think, laugh, and like you, all at the same time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid \u201cyes\u201d and \u201cno\u201d questions.
