It was Friday afternoon, and my WhatsApp was flooded with invitations to the most happening parties at Hauz Khas Village and DLF Cyber Hub (modest much?) Friday parties were all about hanging out with my close friends and discussing my startup struggle, which was, frankly, no one\u2019s idea of fun. <\/span><\/p>\n

Isn\u2019t it strange that work is always the topic of discussion at every social gathering?<\/span><\/p>\n

I remembered one of my friends mentioning the dating app TrulyMadly at a house party a few weeks ago. And this was how I started with my love story online. <\/span><\/p>\n

An hour later, she asked me if I would like to join her. I never imagined going on and meeting someone in less than 12 hours of the first conversation on a virtual platform. <\/span><\/p>\n

We hit it off well- had a couple of drinks, danced together, and there was no awkward vibe between us!<\/span><\/p>\n

Since then, we have been in touch, and I meet her now and then for a few drinks! It\u2019s not a hook-up platform but a platform to meet like-minded individuals. <\/span><\/p>\n

However, people may want to get into something serious. This freedom on the app allows you to choose your kind of match that makes it super cool.<\/span><\/p>\n

My startup never allows me time to devote to a serious relationship. So, I simply meet new people to chill, have a good time, and have them listen to my startup struggle.<\/span><\/p>\n
